BotzoCRM (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a multi-tenant customer relationship management platform. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@botzocrm.com.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Workspace data: the leads, contacts, deals, tasks and notes you create.
• Billing data: subscription and payment records processed securely via Razorpay. We never store your full card details.
• Usage & cookies: analytics data collected only if you accept cookies.

We use your data to provide and secure the service, process billing, send transactional emails (verification, invites, password resets, assignment notifications), and — with your consent — improve the product through anonymised analytics.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage; analytics will stop loading.

Your data is isolated per organization and protected with role-based access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, rate limiting and account-lockout protection against brute-force attacks.

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@botzocrm.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When an organization is deleted, its associated data is permanently removed from our systems.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
