By signing up for or using BotzoCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are using BotzoCRM on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@botzocrm.com of any unauthorised use.

BotzoCRM is offered on a seat-based plan at ₹199 per user per month. New workspaces include a 10-day free trial. After the trial, an active paid subscription is required to continue using your workspace. Additional seats added mid-cycle are pro-rated to your renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, access other organizations’ data, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the platform for other users.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into BotzoCRM. We process it solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation or deletion, your workspace data is removed in line with our retention policy.

BotzoCRM is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
